The woodfired oven on wheels arrives around 2 hours before the party starts to set up our preparation area and to start the fire. 
 
The chef will take care of you and your guests during 3 hours of unlimited pizza, preparing them on the spot, Italian style. Our homemade pizza dough is stretched by hand, topped and cooked in our authentic woodfired pizza oven at over 400 degrees. 
 
We begin serving pizza once the guests arrive, finishing with delicious sweet dessert pizzas.
 
We serve pizzas to a buffet-style table or we can provide a waiter/waitress to serve among your guests.
